Pirates and Emperors
Speaking of silly political diversions, it looks like Pirates and Emperors (a libertarianish Schoolhouse Rock parody) has been updated sometime recently.

Maybe the filmmaker doesn't know that the Contras compelled a one-party state to hold multi-party elections, which resulted in defeat for the ruling junta. Ever since then, Nicaragua has been a constitutional democracy.
